Housing And Instanced Real Estate

Housing has had a few updates to not only make things more convenient for home owners, but to give them new features as well! Houses placed with a house placement tool are 100% free to players.

Number of Houses Per Account

Each account is allowed one house. This home ownership is shared with all characters on the account, so you can access your things on your other characters. If you'd like to increase the number of houses you can own per account, you will need to obtain a House Slot Deed. We offer them in the Curiosity Shoppe, but you can also purchase them from other players, or they may pop in from time to time in our Gameplay Reward Shop, or even the Daily Reward shop!

MyHouses Command

Use the [myhouses command in-game to manage your player homes. You can travel to your home, demolish it, see how many co-owners it has, and more all from this one menu!

Landscaping

Each home that is placed on Beyond Sosaria comes with a standard 2-tile "yard" and a landscaping capacity of 10. At any time, you can see your house's landscaping limits by hovering it's sign.

Increasing Size and Capacity

Landscaping limits can be increased with deeds found throughout our world. The maximum landscaping size for regular player-owned homes is 10 tiles, 2000 Landscaping items.

Adding Landscaping Items To House and Yard

The landscaping menu can be accessed under the Customize section of your player home's house menu. Each piece placed has a cost, which is displayed on the right side of the Landscaping system.

Removing / Refunding Landscaping Items

At any time as the house owner, you can double click a landscaping piece that was placed to both remove it, and receive a full refund for it. Gold is automatically added back to your bank account balance.

Custom Plot Sizes Added

Both custom castle and custom keep plots can be found on the house placement tool. They're three stories, and come with double the storage of typical Castle or Keep! The castle is 32x32, and the keep comes as 23x23.

Instanced Real Estate

On Beyond Sosaria, you can own any part of any map as a player home. We offer some templated setups in the Curiosity Shoppe, but if there's something you'd like that isn't templated, don't hesitate to contact our staff team on https://discord.gg/sGavJaGazX and tell us what you're wanting. You can have an entire town, dungeons as basements, you name it.

House commands work throughout your entire instance, and they come with thousands of secures/lockdowns and come with a huge Landscaping Capacity of typically around 20-40k items.

If there's room, for instance if you own a copy of the city of Luna, you can even place houses inside of your instance!
