PvM Points System
Every creature you defeat earns you PvM Points based on the creature's strength. The system uses a sophisticated algorithm that considers:
- Creature Stats: Hits, Stamina, and Mana of the defeated creature
- Location Bonuses: Desolate maps provide 5x points multiplier
- Variety Bonus: Fighting different creature types maintains full point rewards
- Diminishing Returns: Killing the same creature type repeatedly reduces points earned
Points Calculation
Base Formula: Points = (Hits + Stamina + Mana) × 10 ÷ 7000
Maximum Points: 5,000 points per creature
Starting Points: New players begin with 100 points
Special High-Value Points
Bounty System: 10,000 PvM Points per bounty kill - double the maximum creature points!
PvM Credits System
In addition to points, you earn PvM Credits which can be spent on special rewards:
- Base Credits:
(Hits + Stamina + Mana) ÷ 1000 - Champion Bonus: +100 credits for defeating Champions
- Peerless Bonus: +300 credits for defeating Peerless bosses
- Maximum Credits: 1,000 credits per creature
Ranking System
The PvM ranking system features multiple leaderboards to showcase different achievements:
Weekly Rankings
The primary ranking system that resets weekly and determines weekly champions:
- Primary Sort: Total PvM Points earned
- Tiebreaker 1: Total creature kills (more kills = higher rank)
- Tiebreaker 2: Fewer deaths (survival skill)
- Tiebreaker 3: Previous rank position
12-Month Rankings
Long-term rankings that track your performance over the past year:
- Aggregates monthly scores from the past 12 months
- Provides a long-term measure of consistent performance
- Separate leaderboard accessible through the rankings gump
Weekly Rewards
The top performers each week receive special rewards and recognition:

Event Integration
Important: Only PvM Games (events) contribute points to your ranking. Regular server events like Champion Spawns and Town Invasions do not award PvM points unless they are specifically run as PvM Games.
PvM Games That Award Points:
- Champ Bash: Every 8 hours (12am, 8am, 4pm) - Kill champions for points
- The Drunken Noble: Daily (6am, 12pm, 6pm) - Adventure with the drunken noble
- Beyond Sosaria Fishing Tournament: Daily (9am, 3pm, 9pm) - Competitive fishing
- Beyond Sosaria Taming Tournament: Daily (8am, 2pm, 8pm) - Taming competition
- Fleeing Fugitive: Every 4 hours (12am, 4am, 8am, 12pm, 4pm, 8pm) - Hunt the fugitive
- Heavy Harvest: Daily (10am, 4pm, 10pm) - Harvest competition
- Population Control: Every 2 hours - Control creature population
- Scalis Attack at the Docks: Daily (7pm) - Defend against Scalis
- Town Invasion: Every 2 hours - Defend towns from invaders
- The Bounty System: 10,000 PvM Points per bounty kill
Regular Events (No PvM Points):
- Champion Spawns: Normal spawns do not award PvM points
- Dungeon Activities: Standard hunting does not award PvM points
